" Avanti has an intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. Dan and his staff will make you feel like a regular after your first visit. Oh, and come hungry , because you WILL NOT leave hungry. The portions are generous. I recommend the Bruschetta, mussels and mushroom caps, and the carbonara. all my favourites. they make a mean martini too! we bring family and visitors here regularly...it's our favourite evening eatery."

"Amazing. Family style dining, choose which price , starter, salad and pasta is the basic one, slightly higher price to add an entree etc. Just the chef and waitress, very relaxed atmosphere, food arrived in good time, piping hot. Everything tasted... oooo so good. Highly recommended".

" We were looking for a place to eat near the train station and found Avanti through an app on the cellphone. Would have driven right past the place otherwise. Inside, it is very warm and welcoming with decor that is very traditional. The chef and owner is very friendly and you can watch him preparing his masterpieces. We had make your own pasta with spinach, mushrooms and onions - so delicious! I brought my Italian friend the next time, and he pronounced the tiramisu as the most authentic version he had in a restaurant (almost as good as his homemade tiramisu)."
